I know of others who were given one of these kits, who have the same problem. I sent an email to Cisco who is sending the kit out - no answer. I think I understand what you mean, I hadn't heard of raspbian or Stretch. Shutdown, connect envirophat and power up again
Later we can use putty to connect to the pi from pc.

Then from a PC install the latest raspbian stretch onto a new micro SD card.Ĭonnect pi to a monitor and keyboard and power onĮnable ssh and set your wireless password. I would start by fitting the header to the pi if you have not already done that
